Discussion about advanced usage, web server stuff, proxies, etc.

I am wanting to start my own computer consultancy business and within this field I would like to be able to provide web services for customers, such as business websites, personal websites, blogs...any website imaginable.

At the moment I would just build a website from scratch to fit the needs of said clients but more and more people are wanting to be able to manage the content of their site by themselves and without hassle.

Would Jaws' license permit me to "sell" the jaws CMS to clients, I bracket sell as I know they wouldn't own the rights to any of the Jaws CMS but Jaws would come with my services, as a web consultant they would pay me for setting up the Jaws CMS and general consultancy within the field.

Is this permitted by the Jaws license and what are the restrictions on Jaws for commercial use within the field of using it as a paid service I would deliver?

example: (Wordpress you can sell to anyone without penalty or copyright infringement?)

Thanks in advance.
