Anyone there who know how I can make my own Theme? The documentation from here is empty. I think the basic I can realize, but there are many things in the CSS file of the standard theme which I dont know what they do or for what they are.

Hi,
I suggest you to follow my same steps.
I've just taken a "plain" html theme from the styleshout web site, and compared it with the corresponding tweaked theme within Jaws.
Just used a diff program to figure out when or what html and css files have been changed to fit Jaws mechanics.
